Matters needing attention

Deep groove ball bearings, bearing load is too small in operation, will cause sliding between the ball and the raceway, become the cause of abrasion. Especially large deep groove ball bearings with large ball and cage weight have this tendency. In many cases, bearing corrosion will occur. There are many reasons for bearing corrosion. The most common factors in our daily life are the following:
1) Due to poor sealing device, water, dirt, and another intrusion;
2) Bearings are not used for a long time, beyond the rust prevention period, and lack of maintenance.
3) The metal surface roughness is large;
4) Contact with corrosive chemical media, bearing cleaning is not clean, the surface is stained with dirt, or touch the bearing with sweaty hands, bearing cleaning, not timely packaging or installation, long-term exposure to the air, by air moisture invasion and contamination;
5) Ambient temperature and humidity and contact with various environmental media; Anti-rust agent failure or quality does not meet requirements.

1. Rolling bearing code and expression method
According to GB/T 272-1993, the rolling bearing code and expression method are as follows:
Composition of bearing code: bearing code consists of basic code, pre-code and post-code.
(1) Basic code represents the basic type, structure, and size of the bearing, and is the basis of the bearing code.
Basic codes of rolling bearings (except needle roller bearings): The external dimensions of bearings conform to any of the external dimensions specified in GB 273.1, GB 273.2, GB 273.3, and GB 3882 standards, and the basic codes are composed of bearing type codes, size series codes and inner diameter codes.
(2) preposition, postposition code is the bearing in the structural shape, size, tolerance, technical requirements are changed, in the basic code added around the supplementary code.
Rules for the establishment of postcode:
A. The post-code should be placed on the right of the basic code with half a Chinese character distance between it and the basic code (except the symbol "-" and "/" in the code). When multiple items are changed, there are multiple groups of postcoded codes from left to right.
B. If the content is changed to 4 groups (including 4 groups), separate it from the preceding code with "/".
C. For the two groups after changing the content to group 4, there shall be a space of half a Chinese character between the two codes in case of confusion between the numbers or characters in the codes before and after the group.
